The Story Behind Seersucker Days

Seersucker Days is a resort wear brand built on the idea of comfort, ease, and effortless style.

Our name comes from the historic fabric seersucker, whose roots trace back to the Persian phrase shir-o-shakar—"milk and sugar"—a reference to the fabric's smooth and crinkled texture. For us, it represents more than a fabric. It represents movement, character, and clothing that feels alive.

Every piece we create carries the fingerprint of a craft, an artist, a hand, and a heritage. But we aren't interested in preserving tradition exactly as it was.

We take traditional craft techniques from around the world—beginning with India—and reimagine them. We pull them apart, layer them, distort them, and rebuild them into something bold, contemporary, and unexpected.
